Mực trứng xào ớt chuông là món ăn đơn giản mà ngon cơm với thịt mực trứng tươi, giòn sần sật, xào cùng ớt chuông (ớt ngọt) ngọt thơm, giàu vitamin tốt cho sức khỏe. Món này dùng làm món chính cho các bữa ăn gia đình đều tuyệt.
Mực trứng rửa sạch, để ráo nước. Đun nóng nhiều dầu ăn, thả mực vào chiên ngập dầu đến khi mực chín vàng, giòn thì vớt ra. Ớt chuông, hành tây cắt mỏng. Phi thơm tỏi băm với 1 muỗng canh dầu ăn, cho ớt chuông, hành tây, 1 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm vào xào đều.
Cuối cùng cho mực trứng, 3 muỗng canh tương ớt vào, đảo đều khoảng năm phút rồi tắt bếp.
Cho mực trứng xào ớt chuông ra đĩa, thêm ít ngò rí, ăn kèm với xà lách, rau sống rất ngon.
