Cho 30gr bột cà phê vào phin, thêm vào khoảng 50ml nước sôi, chờ đến khi bột cà phê hấp thụ hết nước thì tiếp tục thêm vào 100ml nước sôi.

Đổ 30ml siro chocolate vào ly, thêm 30ml kem béo rồi đến đá viên. Tiếp tục đổ 200ml sữa tươi vào (canh sao cho sữa gần đầy ly) rồi thêm 60ml cà phê vừa pha. Trang trí với kem topping đánh bông cứng.
