Mùa nóng đang đến, mocha đá sẽ là món giải khát yêu thích cho những bạn đam mê chocolate và cà phê. Với công thức mà mình giới thiệu sau đây các bạn đã có thể tự tay pha cho mình 1 ly cà phê mocha đá thơm mát, cách làm đơn giản và không cần bất cứ dụng cụ cầu kì nào cả.

Cho 30gr bột cà phê vào phin, thêm vào khoảng 50ml nước sôi, chờ đến khi bột cà phê hấp thụ hết nước thì tiếp tục thêm vào 100ml nước sôi.

Đổ 30ml siro chocolate vào ly, thêm 30ml kem béo rồi đến đá viên. Tiếp tục đổ 200ml sữa tươi vào (canh sao cho sữa gần đầy ly) rồi thêm 60ml cà phê vừa pha. Trang trí với kem topping đánh bông cứng.

Vậy là hoàn thành rồi, bạn thấy không, không cần máy móc phức tạp và dụng cụ cầu kì, chúng ta vẫn có thể hoàn thành được một ly Mocha cực kì ngon miệng và bắt mắt. Hương vị đắng, ngọt của cà phê vẫn giữ nguyên, thêm vào đó một chút béo ngậy, bảo đảm sẽ cuốn hút bạn ngay từ ngụm đầu tiên.
