Hoành thánh không khó làm đâu các bạn nhé! Với món hoành thánh hoa hồng được chiên giòn lên, không những có được món ăn ngon mà hình thức trông rất đẹp mắt nữa đấy!
Cho 100g bột mì, 1 muỗng cà phê bột nghệ và 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối vào tô. Từ từ đổ nước vào và dùng tay nhồi bột thành một hỗn hợp đồng nhất rồi dùng màng bọc thực phẩm bọc lại để 30 phút.
Cho tôm, nấm với thịt băm và hành lá vào tô. Nêm vào 1/3 muỗng cà phê muối, 2 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm, 1/2 muỗng cà phê đường, 1/2 muỗng cà phê bột ngọt, 1/4 muỗng cà phê tiêu rồi trộn đều hỗn hợp lên để làm nhân.
Sau khi bột nghỉ 30 phút lấy bột ra chia thành từng phần nhỏ. Dùng cây cán bột cán mỏng rồi dùng khuôn tròn cắt thành từng miếng tròn nhỏ. Dùng dao cắt 4 góc lá hoành thành ta được 4 cánh.
Cho nhân vào giữa. Gấp 2 cánh ôm vào nhân tạo nhụy. Sau đó xếp 2 lá còn lại tạo cánh. Chồng lên 1 lá hoành thánh khác và tiếp tục gấp cánh để tạo nhiều cánh hoa. Làm tương tự cho đến hết nguyên liệu.
Đun sôi 1 lít dầu ăn, cho các hoành thánh vào chiên.
Khi hoành thánh chín vàng giòn thì vớt ra để ráo dầu là có thể thưởng thức.
