Miến xào thịt bằm sa tế (Ma Yi Shang Shu) là một món ăn có nguồn gốc từ Tứ Xuyên -Trung Quốc. Ngâm miến ngoài nước ấm khoảng 10 phút. Bắc chảo dầu lên bếp, cho gừng băm vào phi thơm, kế tiếp bạn cho tương sa tế vào, cho thịt heo bằm, đường, hắc xì dầu, nước tương đậm đặc vào đảo đều cùng ớt sa tế, sau đó từ từ đổ nước dùng gà vào. Cho miến vào.
Đun hỗn hợp miến xào cho đến khi sôi khoảng 1-2 phút, đảo đều (vì miến rất dễ chín nên bạn chú ý không đun quá lâu và lửa quá lớn), cho hành lá băm vào, đảo đều lần cuối rồi tắt bếp.
