Nêm 2 muỗng canh nước tương, 1 muỗng canh nước tương đậm đặc, 1 muỗng canh đường, 1/4 muỗng cà phê muối, 1 muỗng cà phê nêm. Sau đó cho cá chim đã chiên vàng vào, rưới đều nước sốt lên cá cho thấm đều gia vị. Cho hành lá, tiêu, rim thêm 1-2 phút là tắt bếp.
